Book an Event
To book an event on-line, please enter the information below. After this information has been reviewed by a Photo Specialties representative, your event will be confirmed by telephone or email within two (2) business days.
Event Description - a short (50 characters or less) description of your event which is used to identify your photographs on-line (e.g. "NYU Student Council - Holiday Party")
Photographer Arrival & Departure Time - the approximate time of your photographer's arrival and departure. Please note that some situations may alter these times, including, but not limited to, photographer availability, scheduling, weather and transportation issues. Photo Specialties representatives will try to notify you of any adjustments or known problems with your requested times.
Event Sponsor(s) - the name(s) of this events sponsor(s), which is usually your organization's name. For collegiate events, please be sure to include your schools name (e.g. "New York University - Student Council"). Please list all organizations sponsoring this event.
Crests - if you organization has a logo or crest on file with Photo Specialties, it can be printed on photographs as shown in the example below.
Titles - the requested title information which appears at the bottom of your photographs as shown in the example below. Titles normally include your organization and/or school name, the event name, and the event date. Each of the three title line can accommodate up to 32 characters, numbers or Greek letters.
