When will I receive my order?

All individual prints of the graduation are shipped First Class U.S. Mail and arrive within 2-4 weeks after ordering. Overview and group photographs are shipped separately via First Class U.S. Mail. Plaques are shipped via UPS and arrive 4-7 weeks after ordering. Please note that orders placed after the deadline are not guaranteed for fast delivery.

What if my proof is too dark or too light?

The proof on your order form, and the proof you see on-line, has not been color corrected. However, your final prints will be lightened or darkened appropriately. Remember that we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee.

Can packages be split between different proofs?

Our packages are designed to be your best value! Packages must be ordered from the same proof and cannot be split between proofs.

How will my final pictures be cropped?

Your final prints will be cropped automatically in the printing process. Cropping is from the bottom of the picture: 1/8" on 5x7's and 1/4" in 8x10's.

Can I order after the deadline?

YES! Please note that placing your order by the deadline date will ensure fastest delivery. Orders placed on-line after the order deadline, or postmarked after the deadline date require a $5 late fee.
